This Group picks up on the work of the Association which is not covered by other more specialist Groups.  Individual members have a particular specialist lead responsibility:

This Group  undertakes project and development work as necessary, to enable the Officer Group to better advise the Association. A current project is the upgrading of the Website.

It exists to share and develop good practice, and deliver service improvements through the enhanced strategic management of an authority's property assets.
