What COPROP does > Performance Management

Measurement of the performance of the property portfolio is an important factor in the overall optimisation and delivery of Local Authority services. Under or over-provision of facilities, high running costs, poor condition or projects not delivered on time, quality or cost can all be significant – and the ability to measure these enables review over time. Effective performance management and measurement helps highlight any area of concern and so target improvements to both the property portfolio itself and contractual arrangements for its maintenance and development.

COPROP is involved in a number of activities and initiatives relating to performance management, including:-
