Frameworks - COPROP East members are collaborating through the Smarte East Alliance for the provision of construction and project management for any public sector organisation in the East of England region. The form of contracting is based on the NEC partnering contract and training is part of the service offered by the alliance and is included in the tariff system. The alliance plans to appoint a framework for design services during 2009.
